What you get with this Offer
You have an idea or a spec. You need someone who doesn't just write code — but engineers software that scales, performs under load, and your next developer can actually maintain.
I build production-grade web applications using the modern JavaScript stack: React/Next.js frontend, Node.js or Python backend, and cloud infrastructure that doesn't collapse under traffic.
**WHAT I BUILD**:
✅ SaaS applications & MVP builds
✅ Internal tools & admin dashboards
✅ B2B portals & client-facing platforms
✅ API development & third-party integrations
✅ Authentication systems (Auth0, Supabase, Clerk)
✅ Payment integration (Stripe, Paddle)
✅ Real-time features (WebSockets, Pusher)
**TECH STACK**: React, Next.js 14+, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Prisma, Redis, Docker, Vercel/AWS
**DELIVERABLES**: Clean commented code, GitHub repo, environment setup guide, deployment on your chosen platform, 30-min handover call.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
To begin immediately and avoid delays, please have the following ready when you order:
1. Project Brief: What your app does, who uses it, and the problem it solves. A Notion doc, Google Doc, or detailed message works fine.
2. Figma Designs or References: Share your Figma file or 2–3 links to apps whose design style you want to match. No designs? I'll recommend a direction.
3. Core Features List: Must-have features for your first version — user roles, CRUD operations needed, and any real-time functionality (chat, notifications, live updates).
4. Tech Stack Preferences: Any constraints on framework version, database (PostgreSQL, Supabase, MongoDB), hosting (Vercel, AWS, Railway), or existing codebase.
5. Third-Party Integrations: External services to connect — payments (Stripe, Paddle), email (Resend, Mailchimp), CRM (HubSpot), auth providers (Clerk, Auth0).
6. Authentication Requirements: Email/password only, social login (Google, GitHub, Apple), or role-based access control with different permissions per user type.
7. Deadline: Any fixed dates — launch, investor demo, or client presentation — so I structure delivery around it from Day 1.
8. NDA: Flag at order time if needed. I sign as standard — it won't delay the start.
Don't have everything ready? Message me and I'll send a free scoping assessment within 24 hours — feature breakdown, stack recommendation, and timeline included.
