What the Freelancer needs to start the work
To get started I'll need: (1) your website URL and/or your FAQ/content or documents, (2) your brand colour (hex code if you have it), and (3) a short note on your chatbot's main goal e.g. answer support questions, capture leads, or book appointments. That's everything I handle the build from there.
