Build a custom API integration to connect your apps and systems

What you get with this Offer
Examples of what I can connect:
- Your website or web app with your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive)
- Online shop orders with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Booking, membership or e-commerce platforms with your internal systems
- Payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, GoCardless) with your database
- Shipping and courier APIs (Royal Mail, DPD, ShipStation) with your orders
- Any third-party REST or SOAP API with your app, including private or poorly documented ones
You'll receive:
- 1 custom integration between your system and 1 third-party API
- One-way or two-way data sync, real-time via webhooks or on a schedule
- Secure authentication (API keys, OAuth 2.0, tokens) with credentials stored safely
- Data mapping and transformation so fields match correctly on both sides
- Error handling, automatic retries and logging, so nothing is lost silently
- Email or Slack alerts if the integration fails
- Built in Laravel/PHP, either inside your existing app or as a small standalone service
- Tested end to end with real sandbox data
- Full source code, setup notes and documentation
- 2 rounds of revisions
Not sure if it's possible? Send me the API docs before ordering and I'll confirm.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
1. The systems you want connected and what should happen (e.g. "when an order is paid, create an invoice in Xero")
2. Links to the API documentation for each system
3. Sandbox or test accounts and API credentials (test keys, not live ones)
4. Which data needs to move, in which direction, and how often
5. Access to your code repository or server if the integration goes into your existing app
6. Who should receive alerts if something fails
