What the Freelancer needs to start the work

1. Use case details — What should the AI chatbot/agent do? (e.g. customer support, sales assistant, fitness coach, FAQ bot, booking assistant, etc.)

2. Existing app access (if applicable) — If you already have a Flutter or React Native app, please share the repository/codebase access (GitHub) or relevant project files.

3. OpenAI API key — You'll need to provide your own OpenAI API key (or I can guide you on how to get one). Usage costs are billed directly by OpenAI, separate from my service fee.

4. Brand tone/guidelines — Any specific tone, personality, or restricted topics the AI should follow (formal, friendly, technical, etc.)

5. Sample conversations or FAQs (if available) — Helps me fine-tune the system prompt faster and more accurately to your business.

6. Backend/hosting preference (if any) — If you already use AWS or another cloud provider, let me know; otherwise I'll set up AWS Lambda by default.

7. Design/UI reference (optional) — If you want the chat interface to match a specific design or your app's existing look, share screenshots or a Figma link.
