What the Freelancer needs to start the work
- Your website URL or content files. This is what the chatbot gets trained on. A link to your site, a PDF, a Google Doc, a product catalogue — whatever has the info you want it to know.
- Your chatbot's job. In plain English: what should it do? Answer support questions? Qualify leads? Book appointments? Handle returns? Knowing the goal lets me wire it correctly from day one.
- Tone / personality (optional but useful). Should it be formal, friendly, concise, conversational? If you have brand guidelines or a voice doc, share it. If not, just say "professional" or "casual" — I'll handle the rest.
- Where it lives. Your website CMS, a React/Next.js app, a Webflow site, Shopify — tell me the platform and I'll build the embed to match it exactly.
- Any integrations needed (optional). Should it push leads to HubSpot, Slack, or a Google Sheet? Mention it upfront and I'll confirm scope before we start.
