What the Freelancer needs to start the work
To start I'll need: (1) what your chatbot should do (FAQ, product Q&A, lead capture, support, etc.); (2) the content/docs/site it should know about — URL, PDFs, or a knowledge base export; (3) your brand colours and where the widget should live; (4) any guardrails (topics it must refuse, escalation rules). I'll send a one-page spec back the same day to confirm we're aligned before I start building.
