What the Freelancer needs to start the work

To get started I'll need the following from you:

Your preferred deployment channel — phone, web chat, WhatsApp, or email
Examples of the types of conversations or enquiries the agent will handle
Any existing scripts, FAQs, or documentation about your products/services
Your current website address
Optional but useful: • Access to your CRM or database (I'll guide you through this securely) • Any competitor examples you'd like me to match or exceed • Your brand guidelines or tone of voice document

Once I have the above I'll design a custom conversation flow, build the agent, and deliver a working prototype within 7 days for your testing. Final deployment within 10 days.
