What the Freelancer needs to start the work
Before we start, I just need a few things from you. Don't stress about how you send them — photos, voice notes, links, screenshots, whatever you've got works.
Your WhatsApp Business number to connect everything to. If you don't have one set up yet, tell me and I'll send a quick free guide, takes about 10 minutes.
Your menu or service list in any format. Your opening hours, location, delivery areas if relevant, and the phone number where I should forward urgent messages.
A handful of questions you get asked all the time — "are you open today", "do you deliver to my postcode", "can I book a table for 6 on Friday", that kind of thing. 5 to 10 is plenty, just whatever comes to mind first.
How you want the assistant to sound. Formal, friendly, casual, a bit of dry humour — whatever matches your brand. If there are phrases you always use or things you'd never say, mention those too.
Which languages you need. English as standard, and tell me if you want Turkish, Arabic, Polish, Romanian, anything else.
And finally, what kind of messages should always come straight to you instead of being handled by the AI. Complaints, large orders, urgent bookings — your call.
