But what if you had a helping hand, someone who has worked within recruitment for over 19 years and who has trained interviewers in assessing for job and cultural fit and competency-based interviewing techniques to help you?
This offer gives you the opportunity to record yourself answering relevant interview questions through my GDPR-compliant mock interview platform—30 minutes maximum—and I'll provide two pages of constructive feedback.
Preparation Phase:
You'll receive guidance on how to craft strong, competency-based interview examples tailored to the role you're applying for. Along with a link to record yourself.
Examples will likely align with popular frameworks like STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to ensure clarity and impact.
Mock Interview Platform:
You record yourself answering realistic interview questions, simulating an authentic interview experience.
Questions may target key areas such as your skills, experiences, and behavioral competencies. The link lasts for 3 days, giving you the time to prepare and record yourself.
Feedback Process:
I review your performance and create a two-page feedback report.
The report includes:
Positive feedback: highlights what you're doing well, like clear articulation or strong examples.
Developmental Feedback: Pinpoints areas to improve, such as structuring answers more effectively or reducing filler words. Content feedback around the STAR technique.
Procedural Suggestions: Practical advice to enhance body language, tone, and overall communication style.
Refinement:
You use the feedback to refine your approach, practicing until you feel confident and polished for the real interview.
In all cases, feedback will be provided within 2 days of you returning the completed interview link. (Saturdays and Sundays excepted.)
