What you get with this Offer
I am an experienced recruiter for tech startups, as well as having worked for various companies as Head of People Operations and HR.
I will be your career coach and have a 1-hour meeting with you, discussing your career goals, what jobs you're looking to apply for, what job you would ideally like to get and what difficulties you may be experiencing in your job search.
We will talk through your CV live and discuss ways to improve it and ways that recruiters might be viewing it. We will discuss the interview processes and why you may not be passing through various stages.
During this meeting, you can ask any questions related to your job search, related to various companies, and to your CV and cover letter that you may have. I will help and guide you as best as I can.
My aim is to help you through the minefield of ATS and automated applications, as well as helping you to find a job when you may have applied for many but not even have been invited for interview.
