I'll build a Power Automate flow in your own Microsoft 365 tenant that reads invoices or receipts (PDF/image) with AI Builder and writes the supplier, invoice number, dates, net, VAT and total into Excel or a SharePoint list. Everything stays in your tenant, and you own the flow. I work with Power Platform every day as a Microsoft consultant, and I'll document the solution so your team can maintain it.
STARTER (£95, 4 days, 1 revision): 1 document type using the prebuilt AI Builder invoice/receipt model. Files dropped in a OneDrive/SharePoint folder get their key fields extracted into an Excel table. Handover: short how-to doc.
STANDARD (£195 total, 6 days, 2 revisions) - choose the Standard add-on: up to 2 document types. Email-attachment or folder trigger, output to a SharePoint list, duplicate check, and a "needs review" flag for low-confidence fields. Handover: doc + 30-min walkthrough call.
PREMIUM (£375 total, 10 days, 3 revisions) - choose the Premium add-on: up to 3 layouts, including one custom-trained AI Builder model. What the Freelancer needs to start the work
- A Microsoft 365 business tenant, plus a Power Automate licence/environment and AI Builder credits. Credits come with some premium licences, otherwise as an add-on; I'll confirm what you have before starting
- A guest or temporary account with maker rights, or a screen-share session if you'd rather build together
- 5–10 sample documents per type (redacted if needed) and a list of the fields you want
- Target location (Excel file or SharePoint site/list)
