I will automate invoice processing using AI and Microsoft Power Automate. My solution extracts data (invoice number, vendor, date, amount, line items) from invoices and stores it in Excel, SharePoint. The automation saves time, reduces errors, and streamlines your finance workflow with optional approvals and notifications.
What the Freelancer needs to start the work
To get started, I will need:
1. The source and target locations (where invoices are stored and where output should go)
2. five sample invoices to test the workflow
Once tested, I’ll share the Power Automate flow (.zip) file, which you can easily import and run using your own credentials.
