On the L&D side, that means onboarding programs, soft skills training, leadership development for new managers, curriculum design for standalone programs, and training material audits for companies that have existing content but aren't sure it's doing its job. I also work with companies that are building an L&D function from scratch and need someone to help them figure out what they actually need before they start building it.
On the content and communication side, I work with educational brands and learning-focused organisations on content strategy and social media, specifically the challenge of taking substantive, complex ideas and making them land with an audience that's scrolling, not studying. This comes directly from the same skill set: structuring information so the right things stick.
My background is in data and business operations, so I'm useful when the subject matter is technical or process-heavy and the audience isn't. I translate without dumbing down.
How I work: Part-time freelance, evenings and weekends. Upfront about timelines, selective about projects, clear on scope before anything starts. Smaller engagements handled well beat large commitments handled badly.
If you're a small team that needs proper thinking on learning or on content without the overhead of a full hire, that's the gap I work in.
