What the Freelancer needs to start the work
To get started I will need:
1. Admin access to your Microsoft 365 / Entra ID tenant (Global Admin or Security Admin role)
2. Brief overview of your current environment: number of users, devices, and any existing MFA or Conditional Access policies
3. Confirmation of which user groups are in scope for MFA rollout
4. Any compliance or regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO 27001, DSGVO/GDPR, SOC 2)
A short onboarding call (30 min) is recommended before work begins to align on priorities and timelines.
