What you get with this Offer
Each trek, generally being around 100 km, including both metaled roads and trails; ranging from 3000 ft to 15000 ft.; team members up to 4. The cost includes (necessities/survival level only):
* The group can rent equipment like rucksacks, sleeping bags, and tents once here in India. I shall keep all arranged.
* Of course, I will arrange all, plan out the route, and stays beforehand to make it easier & comfortable for you.
The facilities include staying arrangements (camping or in the budget hotels/lodges depending on the availability and preference, budget); local vegetarian food cuisines, a basic first aid facility, arranging pickup & drop from & to the airports/railway stations/bus stands in Himachal Pradesh, local sightseeing when not trekking. Maximum time allocated is 5D-4N, including all.
Activities include:
1> Local sight seeing
2> Trekking everyday/every alternate day
3> Experienced guide / GPS map to follow / Printed step by step follow-by-yourself directional map.
Below can be included at an additional cost:
3> Rafting/rappelling/skiing/etc. where possible
4> Visiting places outside town/ staying locality where transportation is required.
5> Any activity that is not included and costs extra
6> Guides/Porters (with a few limits and to be discussed later)
Allow a month to arrange & finalise all after discussing all required. A final itinerary, day by day, will be shared 15 days prior to the start of trek.
Suggested time to trek in HP: April-June, and Sept-Oct.
Cancelation policy:
Yes, you can cancel the booking of a trek for any reason. Below conditions would apply then:
1> If more than 15 days before the date of commencing of trek: 50% refund
2> No refund if booking is cancelled within last 15 days of the commencement of the trek; all would have been booked and arranged, paid for by now.
NB: Please see that actual price may differ quite a bit after we have discussed the expectations and what I can deliver. So, let us discuss before you buy this Offer. This is just an idea of what it may be.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
Treks being considered for the 2022 year (April-Jun and Sept-Oct) are-
(i) Chamba > Dalhousie (Easy category)
(ii) Beaskund trek > Manali region (Moderate category)
(iii) Gramphoo > Chandertal Lake > and back (Manali & Kaza region, Difficult category)
Or, a custom trek. Let me have the name where you would want to go and I shall lead you there. Of course, with a few exceptions. :-)
The team members, their fitness level & experience; actual expectations from me and this trek.
NB:
Due to COVID restrictions and uncertainty always looming, please discuss the expectations much before the tentative time.
