API Rate Limit Orchestration — Smart Multi-API Throttling

I will build a smart API rate limit orchestration system — managing concurrent requests across multiple rate-limited APIs with per-API token bucket rate limiters, priority queuing for time-sensitive requests, request batching where supported, exponential backoff retry, and a rate limit status dashboard preventing the 429 errors that currently block your workflows. Rate limit management without a centralised orchestration layer produces unpredictable failures — each API consumer manages its own retry logic independently, competing for the same rate limit budget without coordination, producing burst failures that could be avoided with shared rate limit awareness across all consumers.

The system covers per-API rate limit configuration, token bucket implementation, priority queue for request urgency classification, request batching for APIs supporting batch operations, exponential backoff retry, rate limit budget dashboard, and alert configuration for budget exhaustion.
