What the Freelancer needs to start the work

Please provide me:

- banner height and width;
- text messages you want to use;
- call-to-action button text;
- your logo;
- product/service pictures;
- platform (Adwords for example) or custom site where you or your client are going to place banner (asking because of specs)

Please note that some banners can take more than 1 day of work.
