What the Freelancer needs to start the work
Provide the following:
1. Your site's URL
2. Attach your Google Webmaster Tools' link list. Make sure it is the URL list and not just referring domains.
3: Check for any manual actions in Webmaster Tools under: Search Traffic > Manual Actions
4: If available:
Attach current disavow file.
Detail on rank loss, date or cause.
