YOU WILL RECEIVE
• An organised Excel workbook containing the original comments, source IDs or supplied references, categories, themes, sentiment and brief analyst notes.
• A theme summary showing recurring complaints, suggestions and praise, with frequencies where the supplied data supports them.
• A concise written summary of the main findings, mixed feedback and useful individual observations, linked back to the source comments.

I preserve the meaning of the original feedback, flag ambiguity and avoid presenting this sample as representative of all your customers.

DELIVERY AND REVISION
Delivery within 3 days after the order is funded and all required source material and instructions are supplied. One round of clarification or corrections within the original scope is included. New data, extra comments or a different analysis brief require a separately agreed scope.

SCOPE
This offer covers analysis of feedback you already have. It does not include customer outreach, collecting reviews, external research, translation, transcription, scanned-document conversion or access to your customer accounts. Please send a de-identified, readable spreadsheet or document and remove names, email addresses and other unnecessary personal details.
