AI Agent Approval Workflow — Human Oversight for Actions

I will build an AI agent with a structured human approval workflow — automatically classifying agent actions by risk level, requiring human review for high-impact operations, presenting proposed actions with reasoning for reviewer approval or rejection, and maintaining a full audit trail of all agent decisions and human overrides. Agents deployed without approval workflows for high-impact actions create operational risk — the agent's non-deterministic reasoning can propose actions that are technically within its tool permissions but commercially or operationally inadvisable, and without a structured approval gate, these actions execute without human visibility.

The build covers action risk classification, a review interface showing proposed action and reasoning, approval and rejection workflow with notification, action execution after approval, rejected action handling, and an audit log of all decisions.
