I was initially assigned Chevaughn who communicated well and started the project well. It became immediately clear, however, that the project had been switched to someone else who didn't understand or speak English very well, who worked more slowly and whose communication was not as good. The quality of the work was very inconsistent as were the messages. I believe I was speaking to a bot or an agency that was subcontracting the work to less qualified people. Eventually, I had to stop the project and use others on PPH who were more qualified and worked consistently and with higher quality.

Everything started off well, and I proceeded to complete the work as requested, expecting a fair and professional interaction. However, it quickly became clear that the customer was a scammer with completely unrealistic expectations. After delivering the completed work, the customer generated additional tasks automatically, making it impossible to track progress or keep an accurate count of the work done. Despite my efforts to clarify the situation, the customer refused to cooperate and instead attempted to shift blame.

When confronted about the issue, rather than addressing it professionally, the customer resorted to malicious behavior by attempting to tarnish my profile and discredit my work. This experience serves as a warning to others: be cautious of customers who create vague or open-ended requests, exploit completed tasks to generate more work without compensation, and resort to defamation when questioned. Please remain vigilant and protect yourself from individuals like this who operate with deceptive intentions.
