Edinburgh, GBRelatively good. Good initial feedback and support regarding my report, but something happened and she disappeared in the middle of helping me out the report. Then she appeared a few days later , but i already had to submit my report without been checked last for her so i needed to seek for help to other. This was not taken in consideration in the price and payment , what i consider not really faire.
I found it too messy with the payment process, not sure really why? i imagine is the actual site system? I accepted the correct offer, the amount was right ($13), paid it and then it seemed it wasn´t right in her end by -$1 ?? i can´t explain reallyShreya D.
Thank you for your feedback Andrea. As mentioned in our previous messages, I very well explained that my account was deactivated even without my knowledge. I was in constant contact with the support staff so that my account could get activated again because I knew I was in the middle of doing your project. Regardless, if you had any issues if the amount you had to pay you should have atleast discussed that with me. You never suggested that you wanted to pay less. I would have wholeheartedly considered your opinion considering I was indeed absent for a few days. As for the payment confusion, I can send you the screenshots of my pph payments which clearly state that there is $1 still in my escrow account. I even asked you to withdraw that amount for your own benefit. Nevertheless, I apologize if you had a less than satisfactory experience.
