However, the quality of feedback for the law essays wasn't really what we were expecting.

Most of the work that was done was on grammar and structure, and not necessarily on the quality and content. We were expecting feedback such as: you should have used these cases, not these. You should add this argument here, not there.

Furthermore, 2 of those essays failed. The clients failed them. But you gave a feedback score of 60 - 70.
