Robert shows up late to an easy job, asks for instructions that are already given to him, and then he suggests that I do something else than what I asked for. His suggestion did not make any sense if he would have simply read over the instructions. It was a simple job that he made more frustrating and caused extra work as well.

THIS IS AN UNFAIR REVIEW !!!!! I completed this job in less than 5 minutes. I offered other alternatives to help the customer with the issues he was having. This is NONSENSE!!
