London, GBRegina did an outstanding job on a really challenging 3 hour audio transcription with multiple speakers (and languages) and did it in very good timing! She was responsive to all of my messages and sent through updates at key moments! She also formatted everything properly and time-stamped the bits that were particularly challenging to understand. It was very helpful. I would hire her again for transcription or other tasks in a heartbeat!

Royton, GBPoor quality work and only completed 13 mins of transcription in approx 2 hours. Was very difficult to get my money back as Regina wouldn't issue a refund as it would affect her rating on this site. In the end I had to pay her something in order to just get some of my money back.

Why you would leave a review based on absolute lies, which are easily verifiable boggles the mind. I have reported you to PPH. Given, you cancelled the job as you got the deadline wrong on your end, this feedback is so ridiculous. This is the second time you are working with me. You were refunded as soon as you corrected the reason for the refund i.e. from "job not finished" to "job cancelled".
Finally you did not have to "pay her something", you paid "her" for the "13 minutes" "she" did transcribe.
