Manchester, GBNo communication, she's not answering my messages, she said she'd start the job on Monday it's not Friday and she's only been online for a few hours on Wednesday. Very unprofessional, avoid!! She's also refusing to give me a refund despite the fact she hasn't sent me anything and I requested the job to be cancelled a long time ago! The terms and conditions for a refund clearly state 'A Buyer is entitled to receive a refund of funds held in the Escrow Account under the following circumstances:
a) no response: the Seller has not responded in the WorkStream within one (1) working day of the Commencement of the Job;' I cancelled the job on Monday afternoon and haven't heard from you until Wednesday afternoon so you were obliged by the terms and conditions to refund me yet you refused!!
