I requested for the translation of two documents (a resume and an academic thesis) from English into Spanish, and received the documents back with the words translated but without the formatting or photos, so I have to get someone else to do it properly so I can have the two documents translated with their proper formatting. I gave a week to translate these items and expected it would be done properly, unfortunately I now need to pay someone else to do the job again.
