Fiza was very efficient, produced a list of people accurately, the only thing was I expected more and when received the proposal.

Had the proposal sent said that there would be a limit on the amount found I would have not perhaps put the work with Fiza. However I woudl say she was the most effcient of the people I have dealt with. I guess this is constructive criticism and could be said that I should have made clear that I did not want a cap on it. However I have not need to do that in the past.

It would not put me off working with Fiza again I think I would just be clearer and ask for more clarity from her in the future.
