    I was also the person responsible for public engagement through social media in several of my recent scientific research projects.

    I am a widely published researcher in the fields of computer science and health informatics, but I am also generally scientifically literate. I am an engaging communicator who is able to tailor my style to a wide range of audiences of all ages.

    Description: I was an in-house science writer for the Financial Times whilst on secondment through the British Association Media Fellowship scheme. I successfully pitched several articles and features for publication. After the secondment finished I continued to write for the FT and other media outlets. I have also been a regular radio and video spokesperson for the projects I have been involved with.
