Manchester, GBdisappointed, I asked for help on how to pass information to her, twice, and didn't get a response.
I don't think she wanted to do the work, so she billed me for £10 - for nothing !

David, I did in fact answer both messages asking about how to get the addresses to me. First I asked you to email them to me, I also asked in a couple of messages what format you have them in (in case they couldn't be emailed), then on 22/02/13 I sent this message: I note you have not yet sent me the customer email addresses. How do you store these at the moment? Do you have a paper copy? Or are they only in your email account?
Every time I asked a question relating to getting the addresses to me, there was no communication for several days. After 2 weeks, I gave up and billed you for the advice I gave you (and time spent messaging).
