Vitaly is Uber talented. He is as good as a listener as he is in website buildings - both fantastic. Usually tech nerds have great skills but are unable to communicate where as Vitaly excels in both. His punctuality is amazing, response time is super and his ability to be flexible in additions to using his own initiative is out of this world. What a godsend.
