Originally, I posted for a promo video of which I received many proposals. Tugce took it upon herself to put a solid demo together to land her first job on pph. Unfortunately, I had awarded the job to someone else before seeing the demo. I would not have chosen Tugce as she has just starting her journey on pph and has no reviews for me to gage her credentials. However, when I casted my eye over her demo I knew Tugce is TOP CERT standard.
We have now just signed off our first project which was a marketing brochure for a haulage company. Tugce had complete free rein with the design of the brochure and nailed it, only needing a couple of minor tweaks as to be expected.
Tugce reads instructions properly and researches the project and becomes part of your team. She does everything she says regarding communication above and beyond on timescale and most importantly makes your project easy for the hirer. Best freelancer I have come across in 5 years.
We will continue to work with Tugce for both my companies, I am incredibly happy to find her.
