The guy has talent, has potential. BUT I was not able to get what I wanted from the service he provided. He is a horrible communicator - if only he made time to speak with me directly he could have appreciated what was needed and I believe was well within his skill set to deliver - instead he dodged speaking with me several times just kept sending revisions going from bad to worse to ok to wasting time because he didn't want to discuss it so I paid him less than initial offer reluctantly for delivering less than what I expected. Its frustrating when you know someone could have done it right and didn't for that I would not recommend paying a deposit to him until he delivered / showed you the result beforehand. I give him 2 stars instead of one because I know he has the capacity to do better he just quit and decided he would give me what he thought was best and that not what you do with someone's art, someone's music something that you plan to sell in the market place representing your passion, your brand. I got just good enough and that's upsetting.

Only giving 2 stars because mixing the instrumental was actually one of the easiest projects I've ever taken on. The folder was very organized and easy to work with. The vocals, however, were a complete mess in the folder, not organized, and poorly recorded/poorly sung. The client sent a rough demo track for reference and told me to get as close to that, but no matter what I did it just seemed like nothing was good enough (too loud, too quiet, not "the vibe"). I initially mixed it how I felt the track needed to be mixed, and yes, I did need a few revisions to get it right, but after 6 or 7 revisions it was just absolute bullshit. In 15 years I have never worked with someone so stubborn.
