She intently listened to the Italian government officials we met with and took logical pauses in our two-way conversations to provide accurate translation services. During the dialogue there were times when individuals would be animated and passionate about their conversation. However, Grazyna maintained a very steady, calm, and professional presence -- and we were successful in our purpose. My family and I were very impressed with Grazyna.
