I have designed and implemented packaging environments and trained teams in numerous companies and locations.

    My strengths include excellent problem solving and analytical skills, strong communication abilities and sound technical awareness. I have demonstrated the ability to adapt to a changing environment and working to tight deadlines. I have a high level of self-motivation and excel in areas that involve problem solving and troubleshooting.
    Over the last 12 months I have concentrated on studying and gaining qualifications, I have passed the criteria for the MCITPs in Server 2008, Vista and Windows 7.
    Software deployment,MSI Packaging, Application conflict resolution, Citrix packaging (XenApp,XenServer) and App-V Designing and implementing a packaging process for the full life cycle of applications. Training and skill transfer.

    Description: Working on an additional project at WBC. Designed a process for applicaitions to be deployed into Citrix Terminal services with App-V. Configured an evironment to sequence and test applications.

    Description: Design and implement a packaging process for a desktop refresh project (Win XP SP2) using Installshield AdminStudio 9, deploying with LANDesk. Packaging for desktop and terminal services.
    Before the project has gone live the benefits of packaged applications are being seen and appreciated by the service desk. Being able to deploy apps with one click, having all the correct settings and permissions has helped close existing calls and eliminate some known issues.

    Description: Creating from scratch, a process to be used for the full life of applications in RBS IF. Designed the packaging standards and Process documents, created a lab for packaging. Implemented internal QR and change control for all packages.

    Applications were for a 2000 user base in multiple sites and countries, target platform was Windows XP SP2

    Some problem resolutions were necessary on some of the applications during or after UAT.
