These are nice guys and they were keen to start their careers on PPH. I thought I would give them an opportunity to start work on PPH and their communication is good although, they provide a service on here which is part-time as they have full time jobs which is how most people start here on PPH. The theme has been applied successfully but, the customisation was 70% there and in the end, they requested more money to complete the customisation which I did not approve of and will seek someone new to finish off. The final email I sent to them which was yesterday had the final amendments to finish off but, they were not carried out.
My instructions were very clear from the start and I would use these guys again in future but, I feel there needs to be very clear and concise instructions to be provided to them, in order to be a successful conclusion.
At times communication is an issue with them but, if you are prepared to being patient with them and having to keep providing instructions, for the price I feel they provided very good value for money.
They are worth giving a try because they are eager to create good reviews on here and I am all for providing someone an opportunity.
Ideally, they would have received excellent if they had completed the task fully but, it was not meant to be and if I get a reply back on here from Shahab, I will be more than happy to share the email sent which required basics to be carried out which have not been done.
I wish these guys the best of luck and a great future on PPH.
