I had a very bad experience working with this guy. I selected him based on his 5-star level on PPH but it turns out the profile is not real. The individual is not a US citizen, on top his English understanding is awful which makes it quite difficult to work with him. Regarding WordPress expertise, just a quick example that he can't build a Parallex Banner and doesn't know how to setup parallex effect over an image. I don't recommend it at all unless he improves his skills.

I have never met such an angry person in my life. He did not give me the correct information. He didn't give me what I needed to make a parallax banner, he just gave me the image. If I say anything to him, he gets angry. Pakistani people are bad like that
