He tried to get the work done but was unable to in the end. It seemed like he took on a job that he was not educated on. The key parts of the work were left incomplete although he has promised to finish it in the future if able to.

Some of the work he was able to complete but would not because of limitations with time.

On the plus side he is polite and responds reasonably fast. Although I would not work with Paul again, I am sure that most of the jobs posted on here he could complete with no problems.
