Excellent work. He's patient, kind and understanding.

Zane took on my job on the basis that he would complete the work very quickly. When the project kept stalling I called matters to a head and refunded my money saying he was busy with other clients. Why take on work when you know you cannot complete it and if you take on work and then cannot complete, why not notify me in a timely manner. This has been terribly disruptive for me especially to have my site down at a time when traffic as beginning to grow. I am so disappointed.

We havent finished working together yet but so far Zane is being super supportive :)
