Very disappointed in his approach from the brief. I met to explain the brief and he said he would go away and look at the project. He ended up spending the entire budget with out every conferring back, met quickly with me to 'hand off' a crudely started piece of work and took off. I didn't know enough at the time, but now I have a pro with strong Silverlight skills who has reviewed his code and said it was very poor. My new person did twice the work with twice the quality (though the hourly rate was twice a much too). Mostly Jonathan's weak communication frustrated me.
