London, GBDisappointed that I spent £50 on a report that doesn't really give me any information that is useful. I had a friend look over the report last night and he thought it was very generic and didn't really take into account my business needs or type. Steve offered me a refund in order to ensure I did not leave less than 5* feedback but I thought this would be misleading and also he had already done the work. I feel a bit silly for using this hourlie again 2 years down the line but I think it's obvious I don't understand ad words. The last time I used this hourlie the changes made little impact also. I'm sure Steve is very good at his job but this hasn't been very helpful for me.

Caro, I always strive to over-deliver for my customers. You say yourself that you just don't understand Adwords and that is fine but the things you have to do correctly on Adwords do not change, so these recommendations that are TAILORED to your account ARE useful. So much so that if you applied them, they would transform your account! In our previous messages you said that someone had previously "really messed up" your Adwords account which meant that in my latest review I had to cover the basics again which you NEED to get right if you are to be successful with Adwords. If you would just implement the recommendations you would see a change in your results. Kindest Regards, Steve
