Rozy has knowledge of SEO but she did not tell me everything in the beginning. The ranking of website went up for a week and gone down significantly back to where it was. It was a waste of resources and time. I paid her because she has spent significant amount of time. She is not confident of how to deliver the outcome and sustain. It's just like she has just finish the work.
