In over 10 years working on PPH our rating has always been 5 - 4.9% and we have always met our customer satisfaction.
I told you in the delivery message if you have any problem feel free to contact us, but you never did it, you preferred to leave us negative feedback for no REASON.
If there was something you didn't like about our work we would have offered you a refund or a solution.
I don't know how you expected us to know you had a problem if you didn't report it.
In any case, your bad review will not affect us, since our other reviews on PPH are 5 stars customers satisfaction
