I’d expected the brief to have been interpreted differently, so we didn’t get the result I was looking for first time. Nevertheless, David worked tirelessly to elicit my preferences and deliver as closely as he could. I now have an excellent piece of work which I’m delighted with, plus some ideas for developing the project further down the line, and I'd be happy to work with this provider again.
