Overall, the work took longer than other transcribers this was in part due to time spent editing the audio prior to transcription. Transcription accuracy was ok but most of the others I asked to transcribe an hour of audio recorded under similar circumstances invoiced for 3-4 hours work with comparable or higher accuracy.
