Good work product

Although Ben sometimes juggles with too many obligations in life, which can postpone some work, he always makes up for work and produces work up to the requested standard. He is very receptive of feedback and is a diligent journalist.

Ben has successfully completed assigned projects as the requirements demanded. He has improved his work over time, as he is very open to receive feedback. The good work he has put in has given him an extended work-term with me.
