City of London, GBAntoine took on a job that we were desperate to get awarded. He knew the circumstances before he took it on and was asked to thoroughly check before taking on the job.
In his haste to be awarded the job, he took on more than he realised. Due to this he managed his time by working long days to get the job completed which we were very appreciative of.
There was a period of around 2 weeks where we had various correspondence with the client were Antoine had missed content. This had to be translated by Antoine as well as have a few errors or typos corrected.
Antoine has had two invoices paid to date which counteracts his statement that we "disappeared without payment".
Antoine is a good translator but unfortunately previous bad experiences in the industry have left him extremely cautious, pushy and aggressive.
It's quite unfortunate as we had looked to work with him on a long-term basis. This will now not happen!
I wish him all the best but would suggest that his attitude towards clients isn't worth the hassle.
Be very careful working with this translator!

I completed the work one month ago. The buyer paid a third of the invoice. After leaving a bad review, i was told to be careful as they also had one more review to leave. The company said my work was fantastic (see last review) and only left this when i left them a bad review. (We are talking about the same work here) On saturday I got an apology for the such late payment and was told that someone in the company had had an accident and that I was inconsiderate for asking for payment.
