    I was hired at Phones international as Solution designer/developer for mainly Vodafone Qatar project. In this VFQ project. This role involved user centered research for the design, management, development and deployment of full life cycle application projects in an AGILE (Scrum) environment. My initial responsibility was to create the Solution Designs and to produce a recommended Solution Architecture for new Vodafone Qatar website, known as the VFQ Service Assurance Journey. I designed a consistent user experience for their web and mobile platform application, including Blackberry and Symbian ones. Also, I was responsible for creating wireframes, screen flow diagrams, persona designs and user-centered functional specifications before the final multilingual applications screen design.
    The final step was to create the working prototype, both in English and Arabic, by using XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, Jquery and some AJAX.

    My initial task was to design and then to develop the whole new section (Bet365 Extra) of the website. This new section contains real-time information of user"s online betting, results and live streaming. I"ve also designed the mobile version of this web application. After the completion and the sign off of the design of Extra pages, my next task was to translate my designs into working prototype by using XHTML, CSS and Javascript libraries.
    The other main project I was mainly involved in was Affiliates website. I completely designed and developed the new bet365 Affiliates website and also helped to build team in integration of my new design with new .net platform.

    Description: O2 is the leading telecommunication company in Europe, with operations in the UK and around the continent. My job varies in terms of description and day-to-day tasks, which making it more challenging. I had sets of responsibilities, mainly designing and UI development related.
    The major project I worked on was “O2 Eservice version 2", where the purpose was to give complete control to the customers, allowing them to change the tariff, add or delete packages. The other target was to minimize the customer services calls, providing all the information on the web/mobile browser.
    This role involved user centered research for the design, management, development and deployment of full life cycle application projects in an AGILE (Scrum) environment. I did all the designs, requirements gathering, analysis, creating interaction designs and basic wireframes according to the business logic. After the approval of wireframes, I translated them into the screen design according to the principle of usability, Accessibility practices, customer's suggestion polls, and best industry practice by using UCD (User centered design philosophy).
    In phase 2, I developed the Static (XHTML & CSS) prototype of the actual application. In Phase 3, we transferred all prototypes in the ALFRESCO (CMS) and on top of ALFRESCO, we have used LIRERAY as a portal development tool. As a front-end designer and developer, it was my responsibility to integrate the front-end functionality with the LIRERAY functionality.

I worked as a web portal UI Team leader for front end designer, where I did some hands on development as well.I was involved in most of the projects, including static and dynamic routs, depending on different scenarios. Since like all other financial institutions, we worked through a very strict design and branding guidelines and were very focused on the target based approaches, using different personas and usability optimisations.
    I was responsible for designing all the graphics and creating the new branding look and feel for their new business banking website known as “Pegasus”. I used different process of UCD design methodology to achieve the required level of web usability/ accessibility standards. I began designing the application on paper and then created high-fidelity detailed screen designs, developed screen flow and navigation model. During the deployment phase, I was involved in providing training and performed onsite user survey to get the maximum feedback about our “Pegasus” application.
