This job was clearly defined when Sathish put in his proposal and accepted it.

He constantly harassed me for my personal contact details so we could communicate outside of PPH. This is against the terms of PPH.

The job was for approximately 2000 records from two sites. After he had completed 131 records (which took three days of what should have been a quick job) he submitted an invoice for the full amount.

When I queried where the rest of the work was he said I needed to pay him more and admitted that he was doing this manually, not using a tool - which I had clearly requested in the job description.

He then said he could continue, but could only do half of what I'd asked for (i.e. one website instead of two) - and kept asking for more money.

He then refused to send me the half of the work that he had completed, until I paid him (which is not how PPH works, as the funds are kept in an Escrow). Eventually (perhaps he read the PPH terms that he had signed up to) he did send the half of the work that he had completed. Which means I am now past my deadline and need to find another reliable person to complete the rest of the work.

Very disappointed.
