London, GBDo you know what I look for in a PPH? Someone reliable, intelligent, and diligent. Noreen is all of these. If she says she'll do it by a certain date then she will. It'll be done - well.
She takes the stress out of admin tasks that other people find complex. It is a weight off of my mind which is JUST what I need.

London, GBWhat a star. As is often the case, I underestimated the sheer weight of work needed to complete the task.
No complaints from Noreen. She got on with it, tidying the doc to a level I didn't expect, and all in a very small window of time.
Noreen is friendly with very good professional and friendly comms.
Five stars well earned. I have no complaints.
